Northern Lights Superjeep Tour, Aurora Borealis, the clients did not see the lights on the tour yesterday and we are not able to join the tour again during our stay now. Can they then have a refund?

If your Clients were on the tour the refund is not possible. However, your Clients ticket is valid for 3 years for rebooking,  tell them to keep the booking number and log into Superjeep customer portal and choose a new date or contact us by info@superjeep.is or call 00 354 569 8000
